Kyle Powell named President and CEO, George Drew to transition to Vice Chairman of Kirkpatrick Bancorp
OKLAHOMA CITY [April 23, 2026] — Edmond-based Kirkpatrick Bank announces Kyle Powell as its next President and CEO. George Drew, who has been President and CEO for 19 years, will transition to Vice Chairman of the bank’s holding company board, Kirkpatrick Bancorp, Inc. effective May 1.
Powell has been with Kirkpatrick Bank for more than 13 years and currently holds the role of executive vice president. He succeeds Drew as part of a long-term succession plan designed to ensure continuity for the bank’s clients, employees and communities.

The two leaders will continue to work closely beyond the transition. As Vice Chairman of the holding company board, Drew will remain actively involved, supporting Powell and the leadership team while continuing to contribute to the bank’s long-term strategy.
Drew’s tenure spans 35 years with the bank. Under his leadership, Kirkpatrick Bank expanded its presence, strengthened its reputation for disciplined growth and built long-standing relationships across Oklahoma and Colorado.
