Kirkpatrick Bank makes check book balancing easier through Statement Imaging. Instead of getting a bulky envelope full of canceled checks each month, you will receive an easy to read laser image of your deposit slips and checks in numerical order. The image statement is printed on paper with pre-punched holes for easy storage. In addition to being in numerical order, check numbers, check amount and date of payment are also printed below each item. A permanent record of your statement and check information are maintained by Kirkpatrick Bank for a period of ten years. The Internal Revenue Service accepts
laser imaged copies of checks as proof of payment.
