Q. When I get Online I don’t see all of my accounts. What’s wrong?

A. Not to worry, we have all of your accounts secure here at the bank. Should one of your accounts not be tied to your access number, call us, we can take care of it, 405-341-8222  or 1-866-262-2657- ask for customer service.

Q. What services are available through Kirkpatrick Internet Banking?

A. Kirkpatrick Internet Banking lets you access your deposit and loan balances, view account activity, transfer funds between accounts you own, change your address, request stop payments, send us e-mail, and use the loan calculator.

Q. How far back can I review my account activity?

A. You can view your last 10 transactions, your last statement, or the last 60 days of transactions.

Q. Can I transfer funds from one account to pay down on a loan through Kirkpatrick Internet Banking?

A. At this time you can only transfer funds between checking and savings accounts.

Q. Can I transfer funds between different financial institutions?

A. No, you can only transfer between accounts you own at Kirkpatrick Bank.

Q.  How long do I have to wait for the transfers to take effect?

A. If the transfer request is entered before 7:00 P.M. CST on any banking day, your transfer will be processed that day. If the transfer is entered after 7:00 P.M. CST on any banking day, your transfer will be processed on the next banking day.

Q. Will there be bill payment with Kirkpatrick Internet Banking?

A. At this time bill payment is not offered.

Q. Is there a fee for Kirkpatrick Internet Banking?

A. Kirkpatrick Internet Banking is a free value added service for consumer account holders of Kirkpatrick Bank.
