$.15	per check or debit
$.75	per deposited transit item (includes amount encoding)
	No charge for deposits

A bank determined earnings credit rate is applied to the investable balance, the result of which is compared against transaction charges to determine any monthly service charge.

Overdraft Privilege is available to all eligible checking accounts.

FREE COMMERCIAL CHECKING

For the business with 100 and fewer transactions per month:
	No monthly maintenance fee
	100 free transactions; $.25 per transaction over 100 (checks written, items deposited, deposits posted)

Overdraft Privilege is available to all eligible checking accounts.

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT ANALYSIS
For the business with higher account transaction and the need for specific cash management services. Detailed monthly account analysis reflects monthly transaction volumes, along with average balance levels. A bank determined earnings credit rate is applied to the investable balance, the result of which is compared against transaction charges to determine any monthly service charge.
