The general terms and conditions of this Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate Loan Program include:

Property must be at least 51% occupied by an operating company owned by the same borrowers/guarantors.
Maximum loan to value of 80% based on a current, acceptable appraisal.
Maximum amortization of 25 years.
Operating business must maintain its primary banking relationship with Kirkpatrick Bank.
Interest rates of 4.95% for three years and 5.25% for five years.
Loan fee of .50% of the committed loan amount.
